Job Summary
This position will be responsible to set up the Global contracts support team including setting up internal processes, efficient templates, negotiation playbooks hiring and managing a team of contract attorney and also support with drafting and negotiation of US and global contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements for US and global IT software, hardware, cloud, SAAS, consulting/advisory, other professional services and marketing/real estate contracts;
- Assisting in the monitoring of the global contract review process to ensure compliance with Lowe’s Agreement Guidelines, and satisfaction of internal business units/stakeholders;
- Managing a team of employees responsible for US and global contracts review and negotiation
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence in the contract management processes
- Assisting in the creation of contract templates and playbook for the Team; and in continuously improvising the contract processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload across teams, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
- Preparing dashboard, reports, workflow for the Team
- Assist in preparation of training materials for new joiners of the Team
Years Of Experience
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm

Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- Experience of review, drafting and negotiation of US and global contracts
- Strong global stakeholder management skills
- Critical thinking, good negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, familiar with various templates, ability to research;
- People management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in groups; and
- Exceptional integrity and work ethic.
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Prior experience of implementing and managing the global contracts legal teams is an added advantage.
