Role Description
The Manager - Corporate Travel Groups and MICE Sales and Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Responsibilities include managing corporate travel groups, coordinating MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities, and building client relationships. The manager will be responsible for overseeing travel arrangements and operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing travel management processes. They will collaborate with clients to create tailored travel and event solutions, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve queries.
- Travel Management and Travel Arrangement expertise, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of travel plans and events.
- Proven capabilities in Sales to generate leads, close deals, and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Experience in MICE operations or corporate travel management is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
