CLIENT: Leading developer and manufacturer high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for global markets. It has developed and supported complex molecules to over 500 customers, supported by US FDA and EDQM compliant facilities.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst ( B Pharma+ MBA) professional to support the Corporate Planning & Strategy team to evaluate and identify new product/ business transformation initiatives across global pharma and life sciences. Incument with have 5 years exposure to working closely with stakeholders/CXOs and senior leadership on portfolio optimization, market expansion, and judicious investment evaluation.
Strong expertise in commercial due diligence, market intelligence, growth strategy, and cross-functional program leadership,
enabling scalable and sustainable enterprise value creation.
KEY DELIVERABLES:·
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market opportunity assessments for API and FDF portfolios to support strategic portfolio planning.
- Analyse global trade data across markets to identify emerging opportunities and competitor positioning.
- Support leadership in 3-year budget planning by converting complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Utilize BI platforms to generate market and competitive insights, supporting Portfolio Strategy & Pipeline Development/ therapy area strategy, portfolio expansion, and long-range pipeline
- Conduct commercial assessment to evaluate opportunity potential, value drivers, and market attractiveness.
INCUMBENT PROFILE:
- BPharma +MBA in similar role with 5 years Pharma industry exposure.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy Analyst with experience in pharmaceutical market analysis, trade data analytics, and competitive intelligence.
- Skilled in leveraging IQVIA, Cortellis, and global trade data to support strategic decision-making, business development, and forecasting in API and FDF markets.
- Strong analytical capabilities, effective project management skills, and the ability to communicate seamlessly with senior leadership & CFTs.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20LPA
