Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manager-Contracts for a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Manager-Contracts will oversee contract Administration of EPC and Item rate Contracts, administration, and management to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, ensuring proper documentation, managing contract changes, and mitigating risks. The role also requires collaboration with legal, project management, and other cross-functional teams to handle contract-related queries and support decision-making processes. Also managing billing of various packages through Billing engineer.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in contract administration, reviewing documents and change management
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory principles related to contracts and construction projects
- Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions
- B.E. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 15 years Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and align with the company's collaborative and innovative culture
