Job Description:
Require a full-time, on-site Manager - Contracts position at their Project Site office in Malad West. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts for the Project, reviewing and interpreting contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and coordinating with clients and vendors. The candidate will also oversee contract administration tasks, monitor contract performance, and address challenges or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle. The candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and support timely project delivery.
Qualifications: BE Civil with 8 years of work experience / DCE with 10 years of work experience
Skills required:
- Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance for contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage contract-related issues
- Experience in vendor and client relationship management
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in relevant contract management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry is highly desirable
