As a Consulting Manager at Bridgegap, you will function as a Consultant-Operator. You will collaborate directly with founders to architect and execute sophisticated marketing frameworks that solve complex business challenges, ensuring every initiative is rooted in commercial reality and ROI-driven outcomes.
Your ultimate objective is the "Transfer" of excellence. While you will maintain end-to-end ownership of initiatives, success is defined by your ability to build durable marketing systems and dashboards that allow our clients to sustain market-leading performance independently.

- Business Development: Contribute to the firm’s growth by crafting compelling proposals and leading strategic client discussions.
