Qualification: Company Secretary (don’t want Advocates)

Job Location: Noida Sector 135

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Legal Research, New Laws, Legal Notifications, Labour Law, Corporate Law, Industrial Law, FEMA, etc.

CTC: up to INR 7.5L pa

Also have one position for semi-qualified CS – CTC INR 4 L pa

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Compliance Research, based in Noida. The role requires overseeing compliance-related activities, researching legal regulations, and ensuring company adherence to laws and regulations. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to prepare reports, ensure proper documentation, manage risks, and drive regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• A Company Secretary qualification with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory practices
• Expertise in compliance management and research, ensuring alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to manage and mitigate risks within compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in working with legal documentation and processes
• Experience with leadership roles in regulatory or compliance teams is an advantage
• Familiarity with sectors such as NBFC, financial services, or IT is a plus
