The firm is now raising its third ₹500 Cr scheme, targeting investment opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and arbitrations.
Role Description
We are seeking a candidate to manage end-to-end fund operations, including NAV closing, reconciliations, and preparation of NAV packs, along with management fee and carry calculations. The role involves handling investor operations such as onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and preparing investor statements and reporting. The candidate will support regulatory and compliance activities, including reviewing AIF filings with SEBI and trustees and ensuring compliance with regulations under SEBI, RBI, IFSCA, the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and related frameworks such as FCTRS, FCGPR, TDS, and GST. Responsibilities also include finance management functions such as budgeting, forecasting, expense control, accounting oversight, and MIS reporting, along with managing vendor payments, invoice verification, bank reconciliations, and legal documentation workflows. The role will require close coordination with custodians, fund management service providers, RTAs, performance benchmarking agencies, and auditors, including overseeing audits with PPM and statutory auditors. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to driving automation, process standardisation, and operational improvements across fund management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
> 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) space.
> Strong focus and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
> Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
> Ability to adapt to and navigate new ideas, processes, and areas of responsibility.
> Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, analyse, and prepare financial statements.
> Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
> Sound understanding of Income Tax laws and related regulatory requirements.
> Professional qualification such as M.Com, CA, or MFC.
> Willingness to complete the NISM Series III-C: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Fund) Certification Examination before 1 January 2027
