- Assess property sales transactions for pricing, discounts, and policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, DOA frameworks, and sales guidelines.
- Identify commercial, financial, and contractual risks before approvals.
- Manage end-to-end approval workflows, trackers, and audit trails.
