Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Manager - Client Servicing (Influencer Marketing). The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing campaign execution, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while meeting project objectives and client expectations. Collaboration with internal teams to develop strategic campaigns and maintain seamless communication is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication proficiency
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address client concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in influencer marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
