Job Title: Manager –Employee Benefits-Client Servicing
Reporting to: Vice President
Job Summary/About The Role
Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client. e member needs to handle reimbursement claims related queries, managing escalation, preparing and maintaining TAT with TPA/Insurer, meeting with TPA/Insurer on claims, sharing TAT report as per client’s requirement, managing mail communication as well as telephonic.
Required Experience And Skills
Must have Bachelor's Degree / Master’s Degree.Excellent communication skills.Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance products.Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers.Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in Client service.Any Insurance Qualification / certifications will be an added advantage.Should have good decision-making skills.Should be able to lead large teams.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronageBuild and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customersCommunicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needsUtilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offeringsExpanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely mannerCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
