We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Client Servicing – MICE to manage end-to-end client relationships and deliver high-quality MICE events. The role involves handling corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned MICE clients
- Understand client requirements and translate briefs into actionable plans
- Manage end-to-end servicing for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive programs
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, production) for flawless execution
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines
- Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost management
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage on-ground event execution and troubleshoot real-time challenges
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure client satisfaction
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of MICE operations and event logistics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting and cost-control skills
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal preparation
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in MICE / corporate events / event agency client servicing
- Hands-on experience managing corporate clients independently
- Exposure to conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips, and meetings
- Strong vendor network is a plus
- Energetic, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
