Job Title : Manager - Client Acquisition
Location : NCR/ Bangalore
Shift : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri )
Experience : 2-7 Years
Role & Resposibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts
- Utilize existing relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement teams, and Business stakeholders to drive business growth
- Promote comprehensive Talent Solutions, including staffing services, hiring programs, executive search, and allied workforce solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, including:
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Client engagement and requirement discovery
- Solution presentation and positioning
- Commercial discussions and negotiations
- Deal closure and smooth transition to account management/delivery teams
- Serve as a strategic talent partner by understanding clients’ hiring challenges, workforce plans, and business objectives
- Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure effective solution execution and high client satisfaction
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and consistently achieve or surpass business targets
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and relationship-building forums to strengthen market presence and generate opportunities
