We’re Hiring: Manager - Client Acquisition & Relationships
Location: Noida | ProTribe Global | Hybrid (3 days WFO)

What This Role Is About
This is a pure business development role focused on:
- New client acquisition
- Pipeline creation
- Deal closure
- Relationship building
You will be responsible for building and converting your own pipeline - not managing existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts
- Acquire new clients across recruitment, staffing, and advisory
- Engage with CXOs, founders, and HR leaders
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8 years in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, IT services, or consulting
- Strong outbound sales capability
- Ability to build pipeline independently
- Confidence in deal closure and negotiation
Bonus Points If You Have
- Proven track record of closing business independently
- Experience acquiring new clients (not just managing accounts)
- Worked in startup or high-growth environments
