Role Overview
The Manager – Client Acquisition will be responsible for
sourcing, originating, and closing corporate and SME debt opportunities for Growthally’s AIF & Credit Fund platform. This is a
revenue-driven, front-end role requiring a
hunter mindset, strong network, and proven ability to
convert leads into deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Deal Origination
- Independently source and onboard corporates, SMEs, and promoters seeking structured debt, growth capital, or refinancing.
- Conduct first-time meetings to assess funding needs and pitch tailored AIF / Credit Fund solutions.
- Build and maintain a proprietary, self-sourced deal pipeline aligned with fund strategy.
- Drive deals from lead generation → execution → closure, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
Relationship Management & Ecosystem Development
- Build long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, founders, family offices, and intermediaries.
- Develop referral channels through CAs, consultants, investment bankers, and brokers.
- Drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Market & Brand Development
- Represent Growthally at industry events, CFO forums, seminars, and conferences.
- Track market trends, lender appetite, pricing, and competitive activity.
- Enhance Growthally’s brand presence and thought leadership in the debt and credit markets.
Internal Coordination & Deal Execution
- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams (credit, investment, legal, operations).
- Ensure timely documentation, due diligence, approvals, and deal closure.
- Maintain deal quality, compliance, and alignment with fund investment criteria.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales orientation with proven client acquisition and deal closure experience.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, structured debt, and credit products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, execution-focused, and revenue-driven mindset.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration (Mandatory).
- MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Strategy (Preferred).
- CFA or relevant finance certifications (Preferred).
