Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Claims & Promotional Elements, located in Bareilly. The role includes overseeing the claims management process, handling insurance claims, and executing claims and promotional strategies in alignment with company objectives. The Manager will use analytical skills to assess, process, and resolve claims while ensuring adherence to policies and standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective service.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess and resolve claims effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Claims management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
