Job Purpose
Analyze financial models and finalize financing agreements and fund raising activities for Gas & Liquid SBU in order to meet timely requirement of debt funds and working capital for Gas & Liquid SBU.

Accountabilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Performance Indicators
Reviewing & Analyzing Financial models to project future cash flows to support decision-making for bids by management and rising of funds/facilities for projects.
Accuracy
Finalization of financing agreements, security creation, appointment of various stakeholders (viz. Lenders’ Legal Counsel, Lenders’ Insurance Advisor, etc.) in order to attain Financial Closure for new projects.
Timely
Preparation of Project Information Memorandum in order to raise funds among various prospective lenders.
Timely & Accuracy
Relationship management with lenders to ensure regular updation of events/progress of projects and timely disbursements.
Timely
Liaisoning between lenders & SPVs for obtaining NOCs/Approvals as required on need-based basis.
Timely
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non fund based finance to meet working capitalrequirements, at best possible costs

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Lenders & Underwriters:
- For tying up of funds for new as well as existing projects. For meeting timely requirement of funds for its smooth functioning.
- For timely disbursements for existing projects.
Lenders’ Legal Counsel: For finalization and execution of financing agreements in order to achieve Financial Closure and subsequent fund requirements in the projects.
Lenders’ Insurance Advisor: To secure the project from any natural unforeseen future event that is out of the control of Project Developer.
Rating Agencies/Consultants: To provide the relevant information/data in order to obtain the rating.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Project /Plant Team: To obtain necessary inputs required at the time of achieving Financial Closure of the project and thereafter during the Disbursement phase.
Legal Team: For finalizing the financing agreements, security creation and other legal aspects for raising funds for the project.
Finance Controller: To obtain necessary information at the time of financial closure and syndication.
Secretarial Team: To obtain the required information and amend the constitutional documents to achieve financial Closure.

Education Qualifications
- CA/ICWA/MBA with specialization in Finance from a recognized Institute
Relevant Experience
- 9 + total post qualification experience with at least 2 years in energy sector
- Has in-depth knowledge of Project Financing and Finance Related activities, etc.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Working Capital Management
