Role Description
Detailed Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business & Financial Analysis
- Analyze Revenue, Opex, Burn Rate, and Profitability across business units
- Perform Category-wise revenue, cost, and margin analysis
- Perform Clinic-wise / Pharmacy-wise revenue, cost and margin analysis
- Identify cost-out opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Drive profit improvement initiatives using data insights
- Monitor key financial KPIs and business dashboards
2️⃣ Business MIS & Reporting
- Own end-to-end Business MIS architecture
- Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and financial models
- Present actionable insights to CEO and leadership team
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Use AI tools for: Financial forecasting, Business insights generation, Automation of, MIS reporting, Decision intelligence
3️⃣ Strategic Projects & CEO Office Initiatives
- Support CEO on strategic planning, business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Category Leaders
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making
- Identify and build pipeline of strategic B2B, tech, and ecosystem partnerships that enhance Bridge Health’s reach, capability, and brand equity — e.g. insurance tie-ups, diagnostic alliances, wellness collaborations, and technology integrations.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, financial feasibility, and scalability. Develop joint GTM (go-to-market) strategies with partners to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
4️⃣ New Growth & Acquisition Initiatives
- Identify potential new acquisition or partnership opportunities (can range from single clinics or diagnostic centres to small chain of clinics, or allied healthcare service providers).
- Conduct market research, financial evaluation, and due diligence - strategic fitment analysis / synergy assessments for shortlisted targets.
- Drive engagement, negotiation support, and closure
- Prepare board-level presentations and investment memos articulating strategic fit, business case, and integration roadmap.
5️⃣ Competitive Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth secondary market research and build comprehensive landscape maps of the Indian primary care, preventive health, diagnostics, wellness, healthtech and insurance segments - as relevant to Bridge Health.
- Benchmark Bridge Health against key competitors and emerging players across business models, service offerings, pricing, technology, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build frameworks for market sizing, growth potential, and white-space opportunities at city and national levels.
- - Prepare regular competitive intelligence dashboards for BH leadership.
