Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Career Development Sales, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing and managing career development efforts for professionals, driving program success, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver goals effectively. Responsibilities include implementing training and development strategies, managing career development initiatives, and maintaining strong communication channels with both stakeholders and clients to ensure a seamless training experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Program Management and Training to ensure smooth execution and operations of programs
- Expertise in Career Development and Training & Development to create impactful growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
- Proven ability to strategize and implement learning and development initiatives
- Experience in sales-related roles will be highly advantageous
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related fields; a Master's degree is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
