Job Description :
- Design and implement TA Digitization and automation initiatives, enhancing process efficiency, candidate & recruiter experience and data-driven decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects within TA through cross-functional collaboration
- Establish and manage the pre-offer BGV process, including defined checks and ensure smooth handling of related queries and system issues
- Drive end-to-end Campus Recruitment strategy and execution across target institutes, ensuring alignment with business hiring needs and market dynamics
- Lead and strengthen talent attraction initiatives, employer branding, and campus engagement to build a strong early talent pipeline
- Act as a key interface between institutes, candidates, and internal stakeholders, delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Oversee Talent Acquisition operations, ensuring efficient processes, timely closures, and governance through structured tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit [internal-external], and internal policy requirements across recruitment and onboarding processes
- Own and manage the careers portal and job posting framework, ensuring accuracy, timely updates via system integration and resolution of system related queries
- Consolidate HR inputs and drive preparation of monthly HR reports and insights for leadership review, enabling informed decision making.
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring capability building and effective delivery of recruitment and TA initiatives
Educational / Qualifications:
PGDM/ MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 B school
- Have strong understanding about HRMS and core functionalities
- Have handled end-to-end integration projects wrt HRMS and other applications
- Should have an exposure of Campus Recruitment
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications especially MS Excel/MS PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge on HR fundamentals
- Strong data management skills
- Exceptional Project Management skills
