π Weβre Hiring | Business Development (C&I) β Renewable Energy

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Business Development (C&I) team at our Head Office.
πΉ Position: Business Development β C&I
πΉ Experience: 4β6 Years
πΉ Location: Head Office (Ghaziabad)
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development activities for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects
- Identify and onboard new clients, especially in IPP projects
- Handle end-to-end client engagement, from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Work closely with internal teams for proposal development and project execution
πΉ Requirements:
- Minimum 4β6 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in Renewable/Solar sector)
- Strong exposure to C&I segment and turnkey (TK) project execution
- Good understanding of PM Kusum schemes and related project frameworks
- Experience in handling IPP clients and large industrial customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
