We are looking for a candidate who will manage the Operations and After-Sales Services team. Has an experience in Customer Relationship Management and the technological know-how of the latest CRM software for day to day Operations management. Must be a quick learner, must oversee the relationship handled by the after sales services team, Must have forecasting qualities based on Data Analysis. We need a candidate who has a problem-solving attitude ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational strategy and execution, aligning product delivery, customer needs, and internal processes for scalable growth.
- Drive post-sales excellence and adoption through structured enablement, training, and service standards.
- Own CRM and customer lifecycle strategy, building a customer-first culture focused on retention, outcomes, and experience.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, market intelligence, and best practices to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in similar roles
- Location: Mumbai(Open to work On-field 90% of the time)
- Go getter attitude/takes the ownership of the roles and responsibilities.
- Prior experience preferably in fast growing start ups
- Prior Leadership and Team Management Experience
- Problem Solving Approach
- Great hold on Verbal and Written Communication
- Strategic Planning, High focus on Customer retention
- Data Analysis and Total knowledge of MS Excel
