Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager in Business Development & Sales based in Jaipur. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, creating proposals, and managing CRM systems. The role also involves providing insights on market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Business Automation software
• Proficient in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with different departments
• Experience in SaaS or technology sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
