Role Overview
Own the hustle behind hyper-fast growth. You’ll identify new partners, crack high-impact deals, and drive expansion in the quick commerce ecosystem—think speed, scale, and smart execution.
Responsibilities
- Hunt & onboard high-potential brands/partners
- Drive end-to-end deal closures (pitch → negotiation → launch)
- Spot market trends & unlock new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with ops, marketing & product for seamless execution
- Track performance & optimize partnerships for scale
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in BD/Sales (atleast 1 years Quick commerce experience is must)
- Street-smart negotiator with a bias for action
- Strong communication + relationship-building game
- Loves fast-paced, high-ownership roles
