We are a reputed Pharmaceutical Consulting firm working in the area of GMP and Global Regulatory Affairs. We have our head office in Navi Mumbai and subsidiaries in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Europe. We have been providing high quality & committed consulting service to the Pharmaceutical Industry in India and internationally. We have a young and committed team of GMP and Regulatory Experts. We are inviting applications for the role of Manager- Business Development and are looking for dynamic, driven individuals with strong initiative who can thrive in the entrepreneurial environment at our firm.
Role & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong understanding of quality and regulatory landscapes along with consultative selling capabilities.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets (pharma, biotech, veterinary)
- Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach
- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Work closely with technical and regulatory experts to design customized solutions for clients
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations and drive closure of deals
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
Experience & Qualifications
· Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. MBA from a premier institute would be considered as a strong advantage.
· Formal pharmaceutical business development for a minimum of 6-8 years. Experience in a consulting firm/ service firm would be an advantage
· Strong & Flawless communication skills, verbal and written
· Strong time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
· Accuracy, diligence and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Basic understanding and experience with AI tools
