Our expertise spans FEED, Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, and multidisciplinary design (Piping, Civil/Structural, Equipment Design).

We are now expanding our presence across the USA & North America markets, and we’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our next phase of growth.


What This Role Looks Like

You will lead Business Development for the USA/North America region, drive new customer acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and align market requirements to engineering service offerings. This is a high impact role that blends market strategy, outbound sales, customer engagement, and team leadership.

You will work closely with engineering, delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to enhance our value proposition and grow our footprint across strategic industries.


What You’ll Deliver

Market Leadership & Strategy

• Drive Business Development strategy for USA/North America markets

• Analyze market trends, competitors, buyer behavior, and prepare targeted GTM strategies

• Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend new service areas or opportunities

• Ensure service alignment with market expectations and evolving customer needs


Lead Generation & Sales Execution

• Own full cycle BD activities: cold calling, data mining, prospecting, outreach, qualification, and closures

• Manage RFQs, proposals, pricing coordination, and capability presentations

• Build strong relationships with key decision makers: Engineering Managers, Project Directors, and EPC contractors

• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM updates


Team & Account Management

• Lead and mentor the BD team supporting the US market

• Ensure consistent follow ups, proposal quality, and customer engagement standards

• Manage strategic accounts—driving repeat revenue and long term relationships

• Represent the company in customer meetings, conferences, and international visits


Sales Operations

• Maintain sales dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting mechanisms

• Translate customer requirements into service scope with internal engineering teams

• Share market feedback to leadership for capability expansion and offering refinement


Core Skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication, customer handling, and presentation abilities

• Strong command over Excel, CRM tools, reporting, and data driven decision-making

• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and relationship building in US markets.


Industry Knowledge

• Experience selling to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream industries

• Understanding of Engineering Outsourcing workflows

• Working knowledge of FEED, Basic, and Detailed Engineering lifecycles

• Familiarity with discipline-specific engineering:

o Piping

o Civil & Structural

o Equipment design

o International codes & standards (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.)


Mindset

• Hands on, self driven, and target oriented

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive level relationships

• Comfortable traveling internationally when required (USA)


Good To Have

• US B1 Visa

• Prior selling or on ground experience in the US market
