Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Persona will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Job Description
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and market insights to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company goals Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards targets using CRM software. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecast.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience.
