Bhoruka Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s leading manufacturers of Aluminium Extrusions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Aluminum Systems Division
Position : Business Development Manager – Aluminum Systems Division
Location: Mumbai & Pune
Preference: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Fabricators
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation across assigned territories
- Manage key accounts and strengthen market presence
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely collections
- Develop strategic sales plans and market expansion initiatives
Experience Required
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Aluminum Systems or related industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aluminum Systems Sales in India (Mandatory)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / Diploma in Marketing
- BE Civil / Architecture background will be preferred
Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven business development and client relationship management abilities
- Strategic sales planning and market development expertise
- Team management and coordination skills
Travel Requirement
- Extensive travel required (up to 100%)
