Broad outline of the Role
- This role is responsible for driving the performance of the product and owning all product-related KPIs within the Unified Collaboration domain. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including customers—including Sales, Solution Architects, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Risk—to support end‑to‑end product management activities such as development, enhancement, release, and market positioning.
This is a hands‑on, operational role with direct accountability for delivering tangible results that contribute to the product’s overall success and business outcomes. The position may require working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification
- A Management Degree in marketing or Product Management experience is a plus.
- 4-7 years in product management/sales related experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Intermediate experience in managing elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Good in productivity tools like MS word, Excel, Power-point
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of product strategy
- Work closely with Sales, Sales, CDA and Solution Architects for all customer orders across regions
- Facilitating and being accountable for daily standups, sprint planning, and demos in a highly agile team environment.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams and workflows specific to the region
- Coordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support
