Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue from hyperlocal brands and businesses. The role involves onboarding and managing local advertisers (F&B, salons, fitness centers, coaching institutes, retail stores, etc.) onto the NoBrokerHood platform and executing impactful ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard hyperlocal businesses for advertising opportunities
- Pitch and sell ad inventory across NoBrokerHood platforms (app, WhatsApp, society activations, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brand owners and marketing teams
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized advertising solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Key Requirements:- 2–6 years of experience in ad sales / B2B sales / local business sales
- Strong network with local businesses and vendors is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in digital media / hyperlocal platforms / BTL activations preferred
