Role Description
We are seeking a Manager - Brand Partnership Alliance (AD Sales) for a full-time, on-site position based out of Bengaluru. The role involves developing strategic partnerships and alliances, executing new business development initiatives, and driving channel sales and overall revenue growth. You will spearhead partnership strategies, identify and onboard new business opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners for continuous growth. You will collaborate across teams to create impactful sales strategies that drive sponsor and advertiser engagement.
Qualifications
- Should have Strong Communication skills in Hindi and English
- Should have work experience of minimum 1-2 years preferred
- Proven experience in New Business Development and creating Strategic Alliances
- Strong expertise in Channel Sales and general Sales strategies
- Ability to design and manage Strategic Partnerships to align with organizational goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building long-term client and partner relationships
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in AD sales or relevant industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
