BIM Manager
· Location: Noida/Delhi (May visit the site office)
· Experience: 12+ Years
· Education: B.Tech. – Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage BIM implementation, ensuring high-quality model coordination, adherence to project standards, and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)- Review and validate Architectural and Structural models as per defined LOD standards
- Perform clash detection and ensure coordination across all disciplines
- Manage workflows, collaboration, and data within BIM 360
- Work hands-on with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 for project execution
- Ensure clear understanding and implementation of project scope and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Attend coordination meetings with clients and project stakeholders
- Manage and update BIM project documents on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and client servers
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Proven experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong understanding of LOD standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Experience in managing BIM deliverables across project lifecycle
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile- Ability to lead BIM teams and ensure timely project delivery
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Experience working in cloud-based BIM environments
