Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Billing & Pricing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in logistics costing, and the ability to drive efficient pricing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete knowledge of all cost inputs across Pan India, including Import, Export, and Domestic movement processes
- Strong analytical approach to identify services included/excluded in pricing
- Proactively raise concerns and suggest improvements in processes/systems aligned with company growth
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and ensure execution with a positive approach
- Regular submission of quotations, RFQs, and tenders
- Detailed analysis of quotations and pricing structures
- Follow-up on submitted quotations and closure tracking
- Maintain updated cost database across Pan India, including freight rates
- Ensure real-time updates of all move-related information on RedSky system
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 5–6 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in logistics/pricing/billing)
- Strong verbal, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Good understanding of freight and supply chain concepts
- Candidates from logistics or accounting background preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
