Manager- Bidding and Regulatory OutreachEvergreen Renewablesfull-timeRequired skillscommunication skillscompliancecross-functionalstrategic planningAbout the role Evergreen Renewables Website: egreenpower.co Job details: Location: Mumbai/ DelhiJob Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Regulatory Outreach:Draft and send official communications to state and central government bodies such as CERC (Central Electricity Regulatory Commission), CTU (Central Transmission Utility), GERC (Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission), and MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Agency).Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with policies and obtain necessary approvals or clarifications.Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, circulars, and notifications in the renewable energy sector.Compliance Management:Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations in all documentation and communications.Maintain a repository of regulatory guidelines, circulars, and correspondence for easy reference and audit readiness.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders in the renewable energy ecosystem.Represent the company at regulatory meetings, public hearings, and industry forums when required.Research and Analysis:Conduct research on regulatory trends, policies, and schemes in the renewable energy domain.Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams for strategic planning and policy advocacy.Bid Documentation:Prepare, review, and finalize bid documentation for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize necessary inputs for competitive bidding processes.Track deadlines and manage the submission of tenders and proposals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Energy Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a similar role in the renewable energy sector.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and agencies like CERC, CTU, GERC, MEDA, etc.Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, compliance requirements, and bid processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?Opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future through renewable energy initiatives.Work in a dynamic and growing organization committed to innovation and excellence.Collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.
