Job Description

Role - The Regional Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic client relationships, and enhancing the company�s market position within the region. This role involves overseeing sales activities, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality interior fit-out solutions (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects).

Desired skill

• 7�12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in interior fit-out, design-build, construction, or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, vendors, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
