Key Responsibilties
- Driving order bookings for core and supplementary product lines to meet income targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Collaborating with Customer Care team to achieve profitability targets (EBIT) as per the ABP.
- Ensuring receivables are maintained at targeted levels by the fiscal year-end.
- Working closely with the finance team to implement effective credit control measures.
- Leading initiatives to achieve target scores for Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat), Dissatisfaction (D-Sat), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Enhancing the overall customer experience by promptly addressing and resolving issues.
- Conducting regular market surveys to assess potential opportunities and maintain market leadership in key business areas.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and leverage a robust partner network, ensuring active engagement across key market zones.
- Targeting strategic growth by expanding representation in diverse geographical areas, including Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities.
- Identifying and securing new major accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities to drive significant revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business within existing key accounts.
- Cultivating relationships with new and existing influencers to support business growth, aiming for measurable impact on revenues.
- Organizing and conducting programs with influencers in collaboration with the sales team, tailored to specific regional needs.
- Engaging in continuous learning by attending relevant training programs and leveraging opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Applying new knowledge and best practices to improve business development and account management outcomes.
- Maintaining and growing our wallet share with existing clients
- Identifying new Clients and converting them to Voltas Accounts
- Cross selling of full range of Voltas products to clients.
Liaison with internal offices of Voltas for clients for full satisfaction in terms of project execution, and service.
