We are looking for an experienced Manager – BC Partnerships to drive the expansion of our Business Correspondent (BC) network. The role involves identifying, onboarding, managing, and growing strategic BC partnerships while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new BC partners across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing BC partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and execute partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, compliance, and technology teams for seamless onboarding.
- Monitor partner performance, productivity, and transaction volumes.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal compliance requirements.
- Conduct partner training and provide ongoing support.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure timely escalations.
- Track business targets, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates.
- Identify opportunities to expand business through existing and new partners.
Eligibility
- 2-4 years of experience in BC partnerships, fintech, NBFC, banking, or channel sales.
- Strong understanding of BC model, financial inclusion, and RBI guidelines.
- Experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
