About the Company
Revenue Optics is a US-based commercial growth firm helping private equity-backed B2B distributors and industrial companies build stronger revenue engines. We work directly with CEOs, Chief Revenue Officers, commercial leaders and private equity operating partners to help clients:
- Build and scale inside sales organizations
- Recruit high-impact commercial talent
- Identify uncovered revenue opportunities through data and analytics
- Deploy AI-enabled sales and commercial solutions
- Create repeatable systems for profitable organic growth
Our clients typically range from $200 million to more than $10 billion in annual revenue. Revenue Optics is scaling from an early-stage advisory firm into a category-defining commercial growth platform. Marketing will play a central role in establishing that category, creating demand and converting our intellectual property into scalable commercial opportunities.
About the Role
We are hiring a B2B marketing leader to own the strategic direction and operating performance of the Revenue Optics marketing function. This is not a social media manager, content coordinator or campaign support role. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO to translate the company’s growth strategy into:
- Category positioning
- Executive-level thought leadership
- Integrated demand-generation campaigns
- Product and service launches
- Sales enablement assets
- Private equity and C-suite engagement
- Measurable qualified pipeline
You will also lead a multidisciplinary creative team that includes design, content, video and digital resources. You will be responsible for setting direction, writing effective briefs, managing priorities, improving creative quality and ensuring that work ships on time. The right candidate combines strategic B2B marketing judgment with hands-on execution discipline. You should be able to move from market strategy and campaign architecture to reviewing a landing page, sharpening an executive message or correcting a creative brief.
Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy and Positioning
- Translate the company’s commercial strategy into a focused annual and quarterly marketing plan
- Strengthen Revenue Optics’ category positioning across sales transformation, talent solutions, commercial analytics and AI-enabled growth
- Develop differentiated messaging for private equity firms, CEOs, commercial executives and industrial operators
- Maintain clear audience segmentation, buyer priorities, value propositions and proof points
- Ensure that every major campaign supports a defined commercial objective
Demand Generation and Pipeline Creation
- Design and execute integrated B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, executive email, webinars, events, partnerships and targeted account programs
- Build campaign strategies that move target accounts from awareness to executive conversation
- Partner with sales and leadership to define target accounts, campaign offers and conversion paths
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance
- Establish clear attribution, campaign reporting and post-launch learning
Executive Content and Thought Leadership
- Build an executive-level content engine for US CEOs, private equity operating partners and senior commercial leaders
- Convert proprietary frameworks, client results and founder expertise into compelling market-facing intellectual property
- Direct the development of white papers, case studies, research reports, executive presentations, LinkedIn content and campaign assets
- Protect the founder’s voice and ensure that content sounds like an experienced commercial operator rather than generic marketing copy
- Maintain a high editorial standard across all external communications
Creative Team Leadership
- Lead designers, writers, video resources and other creative contributors
- Translate strategic objectives into clear creative briefs, priorities and deadlines
- Establish a documented production workflow with defined owners, review stages and service-level expectations
- Review work critically and provide specific direction that improves quality
- Enforce Revenue Optics’ brand standards while continuously raising the creative bar
- Resolve competing priorities and prevent the team from becoming a reactive internal design desk
Go-to-Market and Launch Management
- Lead marketing execution for new services, products, partnerships, research and commercial offerings
- Define audience, positioning, message hierarchy, offer, channel plan, content requirements and launch sequence
- Coordinate all supporting assets and internal stakeholders
- Measure launch performance and document improvements for future campaigns
Marketing Operations and Performance
- Build and maintain a weekly marketing scorecard
- Track qualified opportunities, pipeline created, campaign conversion, target-account engagement, content performance and cost per opportunity
- Use AI and automation to increase marketing velocity without reducing quality
- Document repeatable campaign and content playbooks as the company scales
