About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with a proven background in the hospitality industry to lead sales of our premium ice cream (gelato) range to 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, event planners, and catering businesses. The ideal candidate is well-networked, understands the premium F&B market, and can drive business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of premium ice cream from premium hotels, high-end restaurants, banquets, and catering companies.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and event/catering segments.
- Develop strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Event Planners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and repeat business.
- Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and presentations tailored for the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry events, food exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand reach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or F&B industry
- Strong understanding of the premium hotel and restaurant ecosystem.
- Proven track record of closing deals in the HORECA/catering segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about premium food products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Hotel Management course (preferred)
