Main Duties & Scope of the role B2B Manager to lead partner consultant team for support sub-agent network in the study abroad ecosystem. The role will focus on supporting sub agent network through, engagement, and performance management across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Indian and international partners.
- Act as the primary escalation point for key partner concerns.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and manage a team of partner consultants (up to 50 members).
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and drive accountability.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity and partner outcomes.
- Track partner performance metrics including conversion rates, application quality, and compliance.
- Implement structured review mechanisms and corrective action plans.
- Drive quality improvements aligned with university and visa requirements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (including student documentation, GDPR awareness, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of ethical partner conduct.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner landscape.
- Provide insights to refine B2B strategy and product offerings.
About the Candidate (including required competencies)
- Proven track record of growing and managing sub-agent networks.
- Experience in handling both Indian and international partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (25–50 members/partner consultants).
- Strong understanding of admissions processes, visa requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Requirements & Qualification
- Experience working with UK, Canada, Australia, or US markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent degree is must.
- Experience: 8–12 years in the study abroad / international education industry.
