Role Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to support the growth of our Brand and Commerce Media and Advertising business. The person would be driving across Brand Campaigns, eComm Website Ops, and Performance Media You’ll work hands-on in running paid campaigns, driving site/ app experiences, and optimising using analytics to improve Brand Awareness, and conversions. Ideal candidates should have real exposure to running Brand campaigns and eCommerce media.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness and Social Engagement Marketing:
- Execute and optimize Media Campaigns for Brand R&F and Awareness on Meta + Google
- Monitor budgets, creative testing, audiences, retargeting
- Weekly performance reporting and insights
- Campaigns focused at maximizing engagement of Social posts and pages
Performance Marketing:
- Execute and optimize Commerce Campaigns on Meta + Google+ Amazon
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, and ACOS, manage budgets, creative testing, audiences, retargeting
- Daily and Monthly performance reporting and insights
Media and Content Partnerships :
- Drive Partnerships with Native, Programmatic, OTT and Digital news portals
- Drive Partnerships with Retargeting players, Database players, and AdTech engines
- Onboard Influencers and Content Creators for Awareness and Sales growth.
Analytics:
- Work with GA4/Shopify dashboards, basic event tracking understanding
- Build simple dashboards and summaries for leadership
- Automations for media campaigns
eCommerce Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Give key insights in Website journeys, collections, PDPs, landing pages, tracking
- Improve conversion: UX fixes, merchandising, offer placement, A/B test ideas
Eligibility Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Brand Awareness/ eCommerce performance marketing
- Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads + Google Ads + Amazon (at least 2 of them)
- Worked on eCommerce Website Ops with understanding of eCommerce metrics, platform features for Shopify/ Magento, and basic merchandising principles.
- Strong on Excel/Sheets, clear communication, execution-first mindset
- Good to have: An Educational background in Tech or Maths is preferred
- Has worked on High Scale Digital Campaigns for Brands across Retail, D2C or CPG
Good to Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of the eCommerce Funnel and Creative Requirements
- Experience with Email marketing engines
- Experience in a D2C brand where you’ve seen end-to-end performance (creative → landing → conversion → retention)
- Familiarity with Whatsapp Tools/ WebEngage / MoEngage
- Basic understanding of pixels, catalog feeds, UTM hygiene
- Basic understanding of Amazon ecosystem
- Prior experience in working within an advertising agency framework
Note:
This profile is open to only people who are based out of Mumbai and can travel to our office at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai on a regular basis.
Budget: 6-12 Lakhs depending on experience
