• What would the Work Entail:

• Proven experience as a Transaction Executive/Manager with an experience of 3-8 years of Real Estate Transaction Experience

• Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry

• Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with developers / property owners

• Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.

• Manage the transaction process end – to – end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures

• Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L

Your Attributes:

• Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent with MS excel, word and Power Point presentation.

• Good communication skills – written and spoken • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management

• Team Player
