Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Bangalore. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the sales team, and achieving business goals. This includes training and motivating staff, maintaining store standards, optimizing inventory management, analyzing sales trends, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience while driving revenue growth.

- Strong sales management and inventory control skills
- Proficiency in team leadership, employee training, and people management
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement data-driven strategies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in electronics, is a plus
