Qualifications
- Oversee end-to-end management of plant and project-related commercial agreements, including creation, review, execution, renewals, and closure activities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate commercial documentation, agreements, amendments, and vendor-related records
- Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, legal, and business teams to support smooth contract execution and alignment with operational requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for agreement discussions, approvals, clarifications, and issue resolution
- Track agreement timelines, renewals, deliverables, compliance requirements, and service commitments throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Support sourcing and vendor coordination activities for project and infrastructure-related initiatives
- Maintain organized records, approval workflows, and documentation within contract and procurement management systems
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities while supporting corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports, status updates, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely execution of ongoing activities
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance standards, procurement guidelines, and organizational policies
- Contribute to workflow optimization, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support knowledge sharing and promote effective coordination and communication practices across teams
