Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager, located in Tiruppur. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, preparing reports, and contributing to the growth of the organization through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Project Management and Strategic Planning experience
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Organizational and Time Management
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Familiarity with the electrical and cables industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
