Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at RHFL’s location in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure the successful implementation of sales and business growth strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, achieving branch targets, overseeing loan origination and disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and solving customer inquiries. The Branch Manager will also be involved in reporting operational progress to higher authorities and suggesting strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and guide a team effectively.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management to achieve business growth.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in loan origination, disbursement, and financial analysis is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and housing finance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client and team relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage).
- Prior experience in the finance, banking, or housing sector is desirable.
