Role Description
The Manager will oversee daily operational and administrative activities at one of Renova's hospitals, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, devising and executing strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing hospital workflows. The Manager will also collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction while driving operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams and achieve organizational objectives
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for creating strategic plans, monitoring performance metrics, and enhancing operational processes
- Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among medical staff, administrative teams, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with a proactive approach to upholding patient safety and quality of care
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and drive positive change
- Proficiency in using management and operational tools, as well as basic familiarity with healthcare technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in hospital operations, healthcare management, or a similar leadership role in the healthcare sector
