Purpose of the job
• Sets performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring progress and workload and offering feedback for improvement
• Ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding, focusing on operational candidates and contingent workers
• Mitigates reputational risk in recruitment, ensuring that candidate experiences align with the company’s brand and values to avoid negative reviews or candidate dissatisfaction
• Manages relationships with external recruitment tool providers, job boards, and other vendors, ensuring access to the best local resources and tools to support Enterprise staffing
• Ensures reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to support decision-making
• Leads the resolution of high-level recruitment challenges or crises within Enterprise, such as difficult-to-fill roles, candidate withdrawals, or client dissatisfaction
• Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or AI-based screening tools to be utilized for hiring contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
