Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Jaipur. The Manager will oversee daily operations, implement strategic plans, and ensure optimal performance across departments. Responsibilities include managing teams, setting goals, monitoring progress, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement. The Manager will also ensure adherence to organizational values, collaborate with stakeholders to align institutional objectives, and foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment for staff and students.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee operations and guide teams effectively
- Strategic planning and organizational skills to implement and monitor institutional objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for addressing challenges and identifying improvements
- Experience in the education sector or familiarity with academic management is advantageous
- Proficiency in using standard workplace and management software
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Education Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
