Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager based in Burdwan. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team to achieve organizational objectives, develop business strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, maintaining and expanding relationships with distributors and dealers, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Manager will also be expected to optimize resources and ensure operational efficiency at the location.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Proficiency in business strategy development, planning, and operations management.
- Experience in customer relationship management and distributor/dealer network expansion.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the power backup, battery, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
